Practice Areas

My practice is limited to consumer bankruptcy:

• Chapter 7 — Liquidation and discharge of unsecured debts. Eliminates credit card balances, medical bills, and other qualifying obligations.
• Chapter 13 — Court-supervised repayment plan. Allows you to catch up on mortgage payments, car loans, and tax debts over three to five years while keeping your property.
