Courts
Asa King is admitted to the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for:
- the Eastern District of Arkansas;
- the Western District of Arkansas; and
- the District of New Mexico.

How an inquiry works
- Contact. Send the form or call (870) 212-4700 with your contact details and the court or jurisdiction involved. Hold confidential details for now.
- Conflicts check. Our office asks for the names of the parties and checks for conflicts before anything substantive is discussed.
- Scoping call. If the check is clear, Asa arranges a call to discuss the posture of the case, the deadlines, and the available options.
- Written engagement. If both sides decide to proceed, the scope and fee are confirmed in a written engagement agreement. Representation begins when it is signed.
Fees for creditor matters are quoted after the scoping call, hourly or flat depending on the matter.
Submitting an inquiry does not protect a bar date, an objection deadline, or a hearing date. If a deadline is close, say so in the form and call.
